Residential Drop-Off Centers Resume Services on November 7

BROWARD COUNTY, FL - The Broward County Residential Drop-Off Centers (RDOC) for the disposal of bulk trash and yard waste will resume services on an alternating schedule with modified hours starting Saturday, November 7, 2020 from 9AM to 3PM.

Locations include:

  • North Residential Drop-off Center, 2780 N Powerline Rd, Pompano Beach
  • Central Residential Drop-off Center, 5490 Reese Rd, Davie
  • South Residential Drop-off Center, 5601 W Hallandale Beach Blvd, West Park

For the disposal of bulk trash and yard waste the centers are only open on Saturdays to residents in the following participating cities:

November 7, November 21, December 5, December 19 and January 2, 2021:

  • North RDOC: Oakland Park, Lazy Lake and municipalities with immediate needs.

  • Central RDOC: Broward Municipal Services District and Weston

  • South RDOC: Hollywood

November 14, November 28, December 12, December 26 and January 9, 2021:

  • North RDOC: Municipalities with immediate needs.

  • Central RDOC: Dania Beach and Davie

  • South RDOC: Hallandale Beach, Pembroke Park and West Park 

This schedule will be in effect until further notice, but will be reevaluated and updated in January 2021. Please note the County has made operational changes that residents should be made aware of prior to utilizing the RDOC. Solid Waste and Recycling Services manages waste and recycling services for the Broward Municipal Services District, operates the Broward County Landfill and Residential Drop-off Centers and provides household hazardous waste disposal, residential bulk waste disposal, and Keep Broward Beautiful programs for participating municipalities. It also provides recycling services for County government and parks.
