Curb and Gutter Sweeping Scheduled in Broadview and Washington Park Neighborhoods

BROWARD COUNTY, FL -  As part of our regular maintenance program, the Highway and Bridge Maintenance Division (HBMD) will soon be sweeping the curb and gutter roadways in the neighborhoods of Washington Park and Broadview Park, located in the Broward County Municipal Services District. The sweeping typically takes place every two months.

For Washington Park, the service is scheduled to begin Wednesday, April 13, 2016 with completion expected on or before Tuesday, April 19, 2016, barring unforeseen conditions or weather delays. The area to be swept runs from Sunrise Boulevard to the north, NW 6th Street to the south, NW 27th Avenue to the east and NW 31st Avenue to the west. 

For Broadview Park, the service is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, April 20, 2016, with an expected completion date no later than Thursday, April 28, 2016. The project limits extend from Davie Blvd/Peters Road to the north, I-595 to the south, SR 7 to the east and the Florida Turnpike to the west.

Traffic should not be affected in either neighborhood during time of service.
