Annual Seminar for Artists Coming Up in June
  
- Creatives learn and develop skills as entrepreneurs -
  

BROWARD COUNTY,  FL – The Cultural Division and ArtServe, Inc. invite artists and creative professionals of all disciplines to boost business practices, develop marketing skills and strengthen sales by attending the Artist as an Entrepreneur Institute (AEI).

In its 13th year, AEI offers dynamic presentations, panels and interactive workshops to help artists thrive and excel in today’s creative marketplace. Twenty courses are taught by South Florida’s leading arts professionals over the course of four Saturdays in June.

If interested in learning more, the Cultural Division will host one final, free informational talk about AEI and other locally available resources for creatives and makers.

The seminar’s final Saturday features a Business Plan Clinic and Workshop conducted by the Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Throughout the course AEI students can create a simple business plan with professional guidance during the course with the option to have their business plans critiqued by SBDC faculty at the June 22nd clinic.
