BROWARD COUNTY, FL –  Animal Care and Adoption will host two low-cost Rabies Clinic events in March:

  • Saturday, March 7, 9AM to 2PM, Brian Piccolo Park, 9501 Sheridan Street, Cooper City
  • Saturday, March 14, 9AM to Noon, former Pompano Shelter, 3100 NW 19th Terrace, Pompano Beach

Cost for a one-year rabies vaccination and Broward County Pet Registration Tag is $25 if your pet is spayed or neutered; $35 if they are not.

Free microchips, which includes free registration, will also be available. Microchips are funded by a grant provided by PetSmart Charities®. A microchip is a permanent form of identification. Once the chip is registered, pets are safeguarded in case they become lost or stolen. If your pet has already received a current rabies vaccination and license tag, please bring a copy of the Rabies Certificate with you to the event.

You must be a Broward County resident to attend. No appointment is necessary. Customers are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. All dogs must be on a leash and all cats in carriers. No cash or checks please; only debit and credit cards will be accepted.
