BROWARD COUNTY, FL. - The Highway and Bridge Maintenance Division will be installing a new guardrail on the north side of Griffin Road just west of Bonaventure Boulevard to east of US 27 Avenue. Work will begin on March 7, 2016 and end on June 7, 2016, barring any unforeseen conditions or weather delays. This project is the result of a collaboration between the County, the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Town of Southwest Ranches.

During construction, traffic may be limited to one lane in both directions during non-peak traffic hours. Where necessary, flaggers will direct traffic through any closures.

Variable message signs will be posted to warn affected motorists and pedestrians.
