Intersection Improvements Project in Tamarac
  
- Work to begin January 11 -
  

BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Highway Construction and Engineering Division will begin construction at the intersection of Nob Hill Road and Southgate Boulevard in Tamarac (see attached map). The work will begin on January 11, 2022, and will conclude in September 2022, barring any unforeseen conditions and/or weather delays.

This Mobility Advancement Program project will include additional storage capacity for the eastbound, westbound and southbound left turning lanes, drainage improvements, construction of mast arm supported traffic signalization, milling and resurfacing and upgraded pedestrian ramps, signage and pavement markings.

During construction, contractor personnel and inspection staff will work closely with residents and businesses in the construction area to minimize impacts caused by the project.
