Basketball for Adults with Disabilities at Central Broward Park
  
  

BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Broward County Parks and Recreation Division's Special Populations Section will offer free basketball classes for adults with disabilities every Monday starting September 12th to October 24th, 2022. The weekly classes will be held from 6 to 7PM at Central Broward Park and Broward County Stadium (3700 NW 11th Place, Lauderhill 33311; 954-357-5400).


The program aims to promote physical activity and community in addition to helping participants improve their skills in a friendly competition of basketball. The weekly program is free, but class sizes are limited. Register by calling 954-357-8170 or emailing SpecialPopulations@Broward.org. 


Adherence to CDC guidelines for social distancing, hand sanitizing, and wearing facial coverings is recommended.
