BROWARD COUNTY, FL - On January 1, 2015, Water and Wastewater Services (WWS) implements an automated payment option for its utility customers. Customers can enroll to have their monthly water and sewer utility payments automatically withdrawn from their checking or savings accounts so that they never miss a payment.  WWS is the first Broward County agency to offer the direct debit payment option to its customers.

Direct debit customers will save time and postage by utilizing the automated payment option, while also conserving natural resources. Authorization forms will be mailed with the January utility bills. Customers can conserve additional resources by choosing to receive electronic bills instead of paper bills by emailing WWS Customer Service. Please be sure to provide the email address where you'd like your bill to be sent.
