Direct debit customers will save time and postage by utilizing the automated payment option, while also conserving natural resources. Authorization forms will be mailed with the January utility bills. Customers can conserve additional resources by choosing to receive electronic bills instead of paper bills by emailing WWS Customer Service. Please be sure to provide the email address where you'd like your bill to be sent.

Broward County’s Water and Wastewater Services is committed to maintaining quality of life in the County by providing cost-effective water and wastewater management and programs through sound environmental practices. Established in 1962, the agency plans, designs and constructs facilities to ensure adequate capacity for potable water, sewer and storm water, and provides retail water and sewer services for more than 57,000 customers. Water and Wastewater Services is also responsible for pumping, treating and distributing water, as well as providing for collection, treatment, reuse and disposal of wastewater for more than 600,000 residents.
