BROWARD COUNTY, FL - The Cultural Division's new Spring 2015 edition of Cultural Quarterly fine arts magazine is now available. Readers can view the latest issue from their laptop, tablet or smartphone in flip-book format, or they can view from the website at culturalquarterly.org. The double format allows for easy viewing on various platforms with options to share and print.

In this Festival issue, Samantha Rojas writes about the first ever Fringe Festival in the South Florida region, the Fort Lauderdale Fringe Festival; Stephanie Krulik shares with readers about the Literary Feast 2015, a 26 year-old festival in Broward County; and Andy Royston covers Broward County's longest running festival, The Orange Blossom Festival now in its 78th year, through an expansive photo essay.
