BROWARD COUNTY, FL - The Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) invites you to get up close and personal with buyers from Broward County's various agencies at its second annual Certified Agency Buyers (CAB) Reverse Trade Show. This popular theme is part of the 2015 Business Development Workshop Series, the annual FREE program focused on developing, creating capacity and providing resources to small businesses. The CAB Trade Show has been rescheduled from Saturday, August 1st to Saturday, August 15th from 10:30AM to Noon in the Multi-Purpose Room at the South Regional / Broward College Library, 7300 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines.

During this event, entrepreneurs and business owners can network person-to-person with the Broward County staff directly responsible for procuring goods and services for their respective agencies.  Participating agencies include Parks and Recreation, Port Everglades, Purchasing and Transportation. Attendees are invited to bring business cards, brochures and/or product samples and be prepared to discuss the benefits of their products or service offerings and to learn about upcoming opportunities from the CABs.

"The CAB Reverse Trade Show provides the perfect opportunity for small businesses to mix and mingle with the procurement gatekeepers," said OESBD Director Sandy-Michael E. McDonald. "This event can be the catalyst for firms that simply need to get their products and services in front of the right people to create relationships that can be potentially win-win for all parties."
