BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Water and Wastewater Operations Division (WWOD) will be performing an emergency repair to a water main located in the 3200 block of Copans Road in Pompano Beach.  The work will begin on Friday, September 11, 2015 and is expected to be completed on or before Sunday, September 13, 2015, barring unforeseen conditions and weather delays.  Some impacts to traffic are expected due to periodic single lane closures necessary to safely repair the water main in the area.

DESCRIPTION:  Repair an existing water main and restore the roadway

START DATE: Friday, September 11, 2015

COMPLETION DATE: Sunday, September 13, 2015, barring any unforeseen conditions or weather delays


TRAFFIC:  During construction, a temporary single lane closure will be necessary for safety.  One westbound lane of Copans Road will be closed between NW 32nd Avenue and NW 33rd Avenue
