PUBLIC ADVISORY - Broward Boulevard to be Closed Continuously Between NW 7th Ave and NE 3rd Ave
BROWARD COUNTY, FL - If you have business with Broward County and need to get to the Governmental Center, 115 S Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, be advised - you won't be able to approach the building from eastbound Broward Boulevard. This includes anyone doing business with the County, Supervisor of Elections, Property Appraiser, and Records, Taxes, and Treasury. This will also affect access to the main Library downtown and to the Broward County Courthouse.
All Aboard Florida is closing Broward Boulevard at the FEC Railroad tracks CONTINUOUSLY from Wednesday, August 10 at 7PM until Monday, August 15 at 6PM. Work is being done at the crossing to perform improvements necessary for the introduction of the Brightline passenger rail service.
This is not a Broward County project. Any and all inquiries should be made to All Aboard Florida.

WHAT: Closure of Broward Boulevard east and westbound at the FEC Railroad tracks
WHERE:
Eastbound Broward Boulevard: Traffic will be reduced to one through lane approaching NW 7th Ave and will be detoured north and south. All traffic must U-turn at the point of closure.
Westbound Broward Boulevard: Traffic will be reduced to two through lanes approaching NE 3rd Ave and will be detoured either north or south. All traffic must turn north or south at Brickell Ave.
