BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Creation Station Business, Broward County Library's new co-working space with expert assistance for creating and growing your business, will host a grand opening event from 6 to 7:45PM on Wednesday, October 19, 2016. Creation Station Business is located on the 7^th floor of the Main Library, 100 S Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.

Creation Station Business will be open to the community's entrepreneurs and small businesses. With floor-length windows overlooking downtown Fort Lauderdale, Creation Station Business offers free work and conference areas that can be reserved by the public as well as common areas where business-related workshops, seminars and other events will be held. It will be open Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10AM to 6PM and Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 to 8PM.

Broward County Library is also home to the Creation Station, a free community makerspace and gadget lab located on Main Library's first floor that features state-of-the-art computers and technical equipment such as 3D printers and virtual reality software. Creation Station Business is part of Broward County Library's efforts to create additional Creation Station portals. In September 2016, portals were also opened at Jan Moran Collier City Learning Library and Northwest Regional Library.
