Egg Your Dog on to Sniff Out Treats
  
  

BROWARD COUNTY, FL – Let your dog nose out some eggs (with treats!) at a Woofing Waters Doggie Egg Hunt, from 10AM to 1PM on Sunday, April 14, at the Woofing Waters Dog Park at Quiet Waters Park (401 S Powerline Rd., Deerfield Beach 33442; 954-357-5100). The Easter-themed event costs $6/dog per session, with dogs scheduled for sessions by size.

Small dogs (under 25 pounds) hunt from 10 to 10:30AM and 11 to 11:30AM; large dogs (more than 25 pounds) hunt from 10:30 to 11AM and 11:30AM to noon. From noon to 1PM, pooches can pose for pics with the Easter bunny and compete in a costume contest. The event requires preregistration, and proof of vaccination must be provided for all dogs.
