Low-Cost Rabies Clinics Expanded

BROWARD COUNTY, FL – To provide more convenience and services to Broward County pet owners, Animal Care and Adoption has added seven more Rabies Clinic events to the calendar for this year. The additional events will take place from 9AM to Noon at the former Animal Care Pompano shelter, 3100 NW 19th Terrace in Pompano Beach. These additional dates DO NOT replace the monthly Rabies Clinics already scheduled throughout the County.

The additional dates are as follows:

  • Saturday, June 22
  • Saturday, July 20
  • Saturday, August 17
  • Saturday, September 21
  • Saturday, October 19
  • Saturday, November 16
  • Saturday, December 21

Cost for a one-year rabies vaccination and Broward County Pet Registration Tag:
 
• $25 if your pet is spayed or neutered
• $35 if your pet is not spayed or neutered

Microchips, with free registration, will be available for FREE. The free microchips are funded by a grant provided by PetSmart Charities®. If your pet has already received a current rabies vaccination and license tag, please bring a COPY of the Rabies Certificate with you to the event.

You must be a Broward County resident to attend. No appointment is necessary and customers are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. All dogs must be on a leash and all cats must be in carriers. No cash or checks please; only debit and credit cards will be accepted.
