BROWARD COUNTY, FL – People aren’t the only ones who enjoy time in a water park to cool off from summer heat. Take your dog(s) to Woofing Waters Dog Park at Quiet Waters Park (401 S Powerline Rd., Deerfield Beach 33442; 954-357-5100). The facility is having Bark After Dark events this summer and fall, on Fridays, July 26th, August 23rd, September 27th, and October 25th, from 6 to 8PM.

The events will include musical entertainment, rescue and nonprofit organizations onsite, vendors, and a happy-hour social with food for the pooches. Dogs must be well behaved and sociable, and proof of current rabies vaccinations must be brought. Admission will be $6 per dog; if you have a seasonal pass to Woofing Waters or a general annual Parks pass, the fee is $5; sales taxes will be added.
