Mystery Time for Broward County Library's 21st Annual StoryBook Festival

- Free family event features stories, entertainment and more -

BROWARD COUNTY, FL Families with children of all ages are invited to the 21st Annual Storybook Festival, from 10AM to 4:30PM, Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Southwest Regional Library, 16835 Sheridan Street in Pembroke Pines, 33331, 954-357-6580.

StoryBook Festival provides a magical experience to encourage a love of reading and libraries through presentations by the finest storytellers and literature-based performance groups. Creativity and learning are nurtured through math and logic games, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) activities and arts and crafts presented by the City of Pembroke Pines Parks and Recreation. Children are encouraged to come in costume.

The theme for this year is "Get a Clue: Once Upon a Mystery." Reading mysteries supports literacy goals, fosters a love of reading, develops critical thinking skills, promotes problem solving, tickles the mind, encourages concentration - and is fun!

  • Stages of Shows: Indoor and outdoor performances
  • Entertainers: Storytellers, stilt walkers and musicians
