BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Girls and young women ages 10 to 18 are invited to have a Girls' Day Out at Reverend Samuel Delevoe Park (2520 NW Sixth St., Fort Lauderdale 33311; 954-357-8801), from 8AM to 1PM on Saturday, October 8th. The event is an outdoor interactive, competitive field day for girls focusing on health and wellness, teamwork, and leadership. Activities include yoga/mindfulness, three-on-three basketball, tug-of-war, and more. For more  details, call the park or email GodsGiftInc.org.
