FLL Resumes Popular Terminal Tunes Program

- Travelers can enjoy live music from local artistes -

BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Terminal Tunes returns to Broward County's Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) for the first time in almost three years on Friday, March 10, 2023, from 6PM to 8PM in Terminal 4. The free entertainment program, which offers live music performances in various locations across FLL, was suspended in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Initially launched in mid-2009, Terminal Tunes is a fun, engaging, and entertaining amenity for passengers and visitors to enjoy at the airport. Participating local entertainers can interact with a live audience and showcase their talents to the millions of people who travel through annually. In turn, the program is a way for FLL to support the local community by providing an international platform to promote their music.

Terminal Tunes will feature eight entertainers performing pre-security throughout select airport terminals in March. Some musical genres included in the lineup are jazz, blues, and classic rock.

FLL's CEO/Director of Aviation, Mark Gale, is thrilled about the program's resumption.

"Terminal Tunes helps to create an even more enjoyable experience for our guests while allowing us to highlight local musicians," he said. "Whether you're a traveler or employee, the live music creates an uplifting environment that resonates positively for everyone."
