BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Broward County Animal Care
hosted two three-day clinics in November and December, servicing 544 animals.
"Free outreach events on this scale are so important to
ensuring equitable animal care across all communities," said Emily
Wood, Director of Broward County Animal Care. "We've been able to be
extremely impactful in providing vital services to communities across the
county where services are needed, as reflected in the number of people
that come out to each location."
The free clinics were held in Lauderhill, West Park, and Pompano
Beach.
A variety of services were offered including
exams, vaccines, and microchipping.
