BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. - Broward County Library (BCL) has expanded its services with a new digital collection website experience for children and teens. The Library's
main digital eBook collection now has a separate site to provide a safe and easy browsing for both children and  teens and young adults

Broward County Library recognizes the need to provide a safe environment for young people to browse library materials. Just as the Youth Service/Teen section of the physical library is sectioned off, the same experience is now available on BCL's digital collection. This appealing and user-friendly page contains eBooks and audiobooks, and browsing can be done by subject, reading level or interest level. Visitors to the Kids or Teen eReading Rooms can also browse through new eBook and audiobooks or check out the latest Sunshine State Readers.

The Kids and Teen eReading Rooms filters the overall digital collection to show just  children and young adult content, which gets youth to the titles they want faster! This new service, powered by OverDrive is free to users with a
Broward County Library card. Digital titles are available anytime, anywhere and expire automatically, so there is no need to worry about late fees.
