- Meet up in a local coffee shop for book discussion -

BROWARD COUNTY, FL Broward County Library Director Allison Grubbs is introducing a new location for her popular Director's Book Club, soon to be held in local coffee shops and cafes.

Traditionally, Director's Book Club gatherings take place both online and in-person at various libraries and will continue to do so. Now coffee shops and cafes will be added as exciting new venues.

"The Director's Book Club is about fun and fellowship combined with great reads and new ideas. The new setting just takes it to another level" says Grubbs. "What better combo than a well-brewed coffee and a well-written book?"

The 2023 selections express a wide variety of perspectives, ethnicities and points of view across a range of genres. All Director's Book Club titles are available free at Broward County Library, with some in multiple formats, including print and downloadable e-audiobooks or e-books. Search the online catalog or visit a library location to place a hold or check out your copy.
