WHAT:

After months of auditioning thousands of aspiring individuals, Broadway director and Cirque Dreams Creator Neil Goldberg will present the multi-talented and diverse cast of "WE," his highly-anticipated Broadway-style show celebrating Broward's centennial.

The curtain will rise and reveal the cast for the first time at a news conference, Friday, June 26 at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts at 10:30AM.  Meet the brilliantly-talented South Florida musicians, dancers, poets, choirs, athletes and variety acts that have been cast in The Show of the Century… "WE."

"WE" is a Broadway-style show illuminating Broward County's culture, talent and diversity with awe-inspiring performances, spectacular theatrics and stunning visuals. The two-hour show will also feature celebrity recording artists and stars of Broadway and Television.

The night of the show, the audience will vote for their favorite local performer who will win a $10,000 cash prize sponsored by the Neil Goldberg Dream Foundation. 

As a thank-you for producing this monumental show and gift to the community, Broward County Mayor Tim Ryan will present Neil Goldberg with the "Key to the County" at the News Conference. "It is both exciting and humbling to produce and collaborate with so many extraordinary talents in our community," said Goldberg.

"WE"…The Passion & Rhythm of the People

The performance of "WE" will be held Saturday, October 3, 2015 at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in the Au-Rene Theatre.

Tickets prices range from $25 - $85, not including service or handling charges, are available through Ticketmaster, online at BrowardCenter.org, in person at Broward Center's AutoNation Box Office or by calling 954 462-0222.

VIP Dinner & Ticket packages are $160 and include front orchestra seating and pre-show dinner in the Mary N. Porter Ballroom from 7 - 7:45PM.

"WE" is presented by Broward 100 as part of Duende. In the spirit of celebrating creativity, Duende will bring together Broward County's diverse talent and people in a countywide finale. Thousands of people will celebrate Duende with Broward County's 100th birthday through a mosaic of art, culture and entertainment.
