BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Put on some socks, then get ready to have
them scared off you at The Haunt, a month's worth of Halloween-related
activities at Tree Tops Park (3900 SW 100th Ave., Davie 33328; 954-357-5130).
Visitors will take terrifying walks amid the park's haunted woods, which will
be filled with frightening creatures and more spooky sights. There will be
walks on the evenings of October 8th, 14th & 15th, 21st & 22nd, 28th
& 29th, and 30th & 31st. Schedules vary by day. There will also be Twilight Family-Friendly Haunted Trails, with scares more suitable for kids 10 and
under, on October 15th, 22nd, and 29th, starting at 4:30PM. And a Fall Festival, from 3:30 to 6:30PM on October 22 and 29, will feature food trucks,
