Traffic Signalization Conversion Project in Coral Springs

BROWARD COUNTY, FL – Highway Construction and Engineering Division will begin installation of a new mast arm signal system at the intersection of Wiles Road and Coral Springs Drive in Coral Springs (see attached map). Construction will begin on Monday, May 10, 2021 and conclude in August 2021, barring any unforeseen conditions and/or weather delays.

The Traffic Signalization Mast Arm Conversion Project is funded by the Penny for Transportation. It involves roadway improvements including milling and resurfacing, and upgrading pedestrian ramps, signage, pavement markings to current standards. Contractor personnel and inspection staff will work closely with residents and businesses in the construction area to minimize impacts caused by the project.
